Dispatch & Delivery

At the bottom of all our product pages, under Additional Information, you'll see a ' Dispatch Time ' The majority of our products are labelled Next Working Day ( subject to availability ). Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding all bank and public holidays. For example, orders placed before midnight on a Monday.. will be dispatched Tuesday likewise, orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Items are sent on a Next Day ( overnight ) courier... so items dispatched on Tuesday should be delivered on Wednesday. Where applicable, tracking information will be provided on dispatch of your items.

Dispatch times are approximate and are in measured working days. Saturdays and Sundays excluded.

Out of Stock Items

In the unfortunate event your order or part order is unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will advise you by email, usually within a couple of hours. Should you be unable or not wish to wait until the item(s) are back in stock we will issue a full, immediate refund of monies paid.
